These common strains are destroyed by the stomach’s acidic conditions before reaching the gut and can’t populate the gut effectively. This is the first Kombucha to be able to be stored at room temperature and maintain its probiotic level. Nexba brews its Kombucha for 40 days to ensure that all the sugar has been consumed during fermentation.
